Clinic reduces restrictions

28 February 2022 – The Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) on Sunday has released new guidelines on the nationwide implementation of the Alert Level System for Covid-19 response particularly on the management of services for public access.

Part of the amendments is the inclusion of Tarlac Province in the list of places under Alert Level 1 from March 1 to 15, 2022 with gradual improvements on the accommodation of patients and visitors to closed facilities such as dental clinics and the like.

To implement the new guidelines, the clinic has reduced its safety protocols especially on the requirements of patients in the facility within the time range established by the management:

ON DENTAL APPOINTMENTS:

  • Patients below 18 and those who are 60 and above, those with immunodeficiency, comorbidities, or other health risks, and pregnant women, are STILL allowed to visit the clinic, unless they do not pass the screening process of the clinic before entering the clinic premise.
  • Walk-in patients are now allowed, provided that they can present vaccination cards prior entry. However, dental appointments upon inquiry are still necessary in order to establish timeframe for the patient based on the availability of the treatment room.

ON CLINIC ENTRY PROCEDURES:

  • Paper-based contact tracing is no longer required upon entry of the patient. However, digital contact tracing system through Safety.ph is essential.
  • Face masks are still required within the premise of the facility except during dental treatment of the patient.

ON CLINIC HOURS:

  • We can only accommodate one patient at a time inside the clinic. Likewise, we give at least 30-minute gap between patient appointments in order to give ample time for the staff to conduct area sanitation before and after the start of every treatment.
  • Clinic hours remain 8am-5pm Mondays to Saturdays.

In as much as we can accommodate everyone, it is much safer if we still adhere to the basic health protocol within our area of responsibility. God bless us all!

Clinic enhances safety measures against pandemic

With the dramatic increase of omicron infection in the city for the first month of the year,  the IATF for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases has further increased the province’s COVID19 Alert Level to 3 from February 1, 2022 to the 15th depending on the development of the situation.

As one of the essential establishments of the city, we adhere to the provision of the government in the fight against the long termed pandemic by knowing the limitations of our operations in alignment to the regulations set by the term ALERT LEVEL 3. Because dental clinics are also one of the essential establishments in our community, people in need of dental care should be given appropriate dental treatment regardless of age or condition. The following are the revised measures we have set at our most lenient considerations:

APPOINTMENT

Patients below 18 and those who are 60 and above, those with immunodeficiency, comorbidities, or other health risks, and pregnant women, are STILL allowed to visit the clinic, unless they do not pass the screening process of the clinic before entering the clinic premise.

CLINIC ENTRY PROCEDURES

We don’t discriminate unvaccinated patients just as long as they take double pre-cautionary measures and follow our health protocol inside the clinic. Despite, we encourage presentation of vaccination cards or negative test results upon entering our premise, it is much safer for the rest of us inside the facility.

CLINIC HOURS

We can only accommodate one patient at a time inside the clinic. Likewise, we give at least 30-minute gap between patient appointments in order to give ample time for the staff to conduct area sanitation before and after the start of every treatment. Clinic hours remain 8am-5pm Mondays to Saturdays.

Let us help one another in defeating the spread of the COVID19 through our discipline and adherence to the safety protocols. God bless us all!

As the city implements the new COVID-19 Alert Level System, the clinic revises its safety measures in accordance to the provision of the IATF for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases from November 15 to 30, 2021.

As one of the essential establishments of the city, we adhere to the provision of the government in the fight against the long termed pandemic by knowing the limitations of our operations in alignment to the regulations set by the term ALERT LEVEL 2. Because dental clinics are also one of the essential establishments in our community, people in need of dental care should be given appropriate dental treatment regardless of age or condition. The following are the revised measures we have set at our most lenient considerations:

  1. On appointments, patients below 18 and those who are 60 and above, those with immunodeficiency, comorbidities, or other health risks, and pregnant women, are now allowed to visit the clinic, unless they do not pass the screening process of the clinic before entering the clinic premise.
  2. On personal protective gears, patients are no longer required to wear face shields. However, face masks are still required.

We commend all the staff and the management for the outstanding perseverance in sustaining the faith and dedication towards the goal of the clinic which is to maintain the teeth of our patients and preserving their smiles despite the pandemic!

Double protection as province increases community quarantine level

From MGCQ to GCQ, Tarlac province will increase its community quarantine measures from August 12 to 31, 2021 as the country faces again alarming numbers of COVID-19 cases brought by the new Delta variant.

In response to this call, the clinic also enhanced its countermeasure protocols within its working environment. We doubled all our filtering systems as well as our personal protective equipages. We also enhanced our sterilization process in all our dental apparatus including the sanitation of our daily waste disposals.

As one of the essential establishments of the city, we adhere to the provision of the government under the Tarlac Provincial Regulation Number 11, Series of 2021 dated August 10, 2021 in the fight against the long termed pandemic by knowing the limitations of our operations in alignment to the regulations set by the term General Community Quarantine (GCQ):

  1. On appointments, patients below 21 and those who are 60 and above, those with immunodeficiency, comorbidities, or other health risks, and pregnant women, unless assessed by our dentist that the patient needs immediate dental care attention, are not allowed to visit the clinic on the duration of the quarantine.
  2. On gatherings, patients are not allowed to bring companions with them to stay in the clinic unless they are PWD that need assistance since minors and elders are not also not allowed to go out from their houses during GCQ.
  3. On clinic hours, treatment time is limited only to at least one (1) hour per patient. This is to give ample time for the staff to conduct area sanitation before and after the start of ever treatment. Likewise, clinic hours remains the same Mondays to Saturdays, 9am to 5pm.

In as much as we want to maximize our accommodation for everyone, it is more important to prioritize safety for everyone. May God bless us in all our endeavors. The Lord be glorified at all times.

Doing our passion in dental services is our core principle. Despite the challenges in the business brought by the pandemic, it was flattering to be recognized by an organization that seeks excellence among the companies that manifest enthusiasm in their respective endeavors and innovation to provide unrelenting service to the community.

Indeed, it is our honor to be recommended by the NCO Events Management Inc to the Asian Sterling Awards as the Outstanding Orthodontic Clinic in Tarlac. This recognition truly brings inspiration and zeal to the company as well as our staff to exert their passion to work and perform service with utmost dedication. To God be the glory!

Clinic Staff tested negative from COVID19

We conducted COVID19 oral and nasal swab test to all our staff and the results were NEGATIVE. Thanks to the Central Luzon Doctors Hospital for accommodating us in our endeavor to maintain the health condition of our dental frontliners. Our heartfelt thanksgiving to God for protecting His people and allowing us to sustain our operations despite the pandemic.

While it is essential to remain healthy in these times, it is likewise important to pursue effectiveness of our capabilities to serve by confirming the status of our staff’s health especially in preventing the spread of the infamous virus in the workplace on a daily basis. Glory to God in the highest for blessing us with a healthy environment and healthy staff.

GCash Payment Activated

Due to public demands, we have learned from our patients the trends of cashless payment schemes. Thanks to our friends for introducing to us a mobile payment innovation in the country which significantly revolutionized the way people make financial transactions – the GCASH. With just a few taps on a smartphone, subscribers can quickly send and receive money, pay bills, and make other transactions anytime and anywhere.

Likewise, it is also a way of preventing possible contraction of COVID19 by minimizing access to physical exchange of monetary bills between the patient and the clinic. Thus, we included this scheme as one of the countermeasures to fight against the spread of the virus.
